Cotton's last second layup levels NBL championship series

Bryce Cotton scored a driving layup at the buzzer to give Adelaide a 91–89 victory over Sydney and level the NBL championship series. The 36ers recovered from a fourteen point third quarter deficit in front of 10,058 supporters at Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
Cotton collected a loose rebound with 3.5 seconds remaining after Kendric Davis missed Sydney's final attempt. He raced the length of the court and finished through Torrey Craig's defensive challenge, completing a twenty-eight point performance.
Flynn Cameron contributed seventeen points and John Jenkins fourteen, while Adelaide made fourteen three pointers and nineteen of 21 free throws. Sydney collected 21 offensive rebounds but could not convert that advantage into victory. The result left the five game series tied at one win each.
