Weston-super-Mare drew 1–1 at Dover Athletic after Luke Coulson quickly equalised from the penalty spot. Jacob Mensah put Dover ahead in the 16th minute following a long throw, and Coulson answered three minutes later after Will Dawes was fouled.

Both sides found clear opportunities difficult to create in a scrappy first half. Weston pressed after the interval, with Coulson, Emlyn Lewis and Luke Spokes threatening, while Dover also had a chance through Ruben Soares Junior.

The Seagulls thought they had won in added time when Sam Avery's header struck the post and Scot Bennett converted the rebound. The finish was disallowed because the referee judged goalkeeper Mitch Walker had been fouled. Dawes was named Weston's man of the match.
