Dagenham overturn Chippenham lead after red card
Four second-half goals secured a 4–2 home victory.
Source publication date:
Dagenham & Redbridge beat Chippenham Town 4–2 after the visitors were reduced to ten men early in the second half. Harry Parsons had given Chippenham a first-half lead with a long-range strike, but Reece Fleet's dismissal changed the contest.
Aramide Oteh equalised in the 54th minute before Dylan Stephenson and Reggie Young added goals to put Dagenham ahead. Will Henry had earlier made several saves to preserve Chippenham's advantage before the interval.
The visitors replied during stoppage time when Caine Bradbury finished a move involving academy graduate Will King. Dagenham then added a fourth through Joe Haigh, who rounded Henry to settle the match and prevent Chippenham from completing a late recovery.
