Dolaghan’s late goal earns Worthing draw at Dover
The striker reached twenty league goals in a 1–1 contest.
Source publication date:
Worthing drew 1–1 at Dover Athletic after Brad Dolaghan scored with virtually the final kick of the match. The striker's close-range finish brought his league tally to twenty and secured a point after the visitors had fallen behind late on.
Both teams created opportunities in difficult conditions without scoring before halftime. Dover eventually led when Harrison Sodje's corner went directly in, leaving Worthing to chase an equaliser during the closing stages.
Former Worthing defender Jalen Jones was dismissed in the 85th minute after bringing down Dolaghan. The visitors then pressed against ten men, and Razzaq Coleman De-Graft delivered the cross that Dolaghan diverted into the net following Ben Jackson's switch of play.
