Domen Prevc won again in Willingen, completing four consecutive World Cup victories at the German venue. The Slovenian scored 293 points after a final jump of 152.5 metres, finishing 31.7 points ahead of Ren Nikaido. Philipp Raimund took third with 253.1 points.

The result was Prevc’s eleventh World Cup win and seventeenth podium of the season. His overall championship lead grew to 625 points as nearest challenger Ryoyu Kobayashi finished eighteenth in the last World Cup competition before the Olympics.

Nikaido rose from seventh with a 152.5-metre second jump, while Raimund earned his first podium since December following illness. Andreas Wellinger and Felix Hoffmann also finished among the leading ten, giving Germany three athletes in that group.
