Domen Prevc won the Ski Flying World Cup in Kulm with 433 points, defeating Austria’s Stephan Embacher by 1.1. Jonas Schuster finished third for his first World Cup podium, giving the host country two places among the leading three.

Embacher led after a 223-metre opening jump, but Prevc moved from second to first with 228.5 metres in the final round. His closing flight earned 221.9 points and reversed the narrow competition lead.

The victory was Prevc’s fifth consecutive World Cup win and twelfth of the season, following two Olympic gold medals. With nine events remaining, he extended his overall lead to 693 points over Ryoyu Kobayashi, placing the Slovenian close to a first overall globe.
