Egle and Kipp join Wendl and Arlt as World Cup champions
The doubles titles were settled in St. Moritz with one race still remaining.

Selina Egle and Lara Kipp secured the women’s doubles Luge World Cup title in St. Moritz, while Tobias Wendl and Tobias Arlt clinched the men’s crown. Both championships were decided before the final round in Altenberg.
Egle and Kipp finished fifth but reached 695 points, retaining their previous season’s overall title. Wendl and Arlt finished third and reached 636 points, earning a seventh overall championship for the German partnership.
Andrea Vötter and Marion Oberhofer won the women’s race, followed by Elisa-Marie Storch and Pauline Patz, then Anda Upite and Madara Pavlova. Thomas Steu and Wolfgang Kindl won men’s doubles in 1:46.693, only four thousandths ahead of Ivan Nagler and Fabian Malleier.
