Eric García becomes Fundació Barça Genuine ambassador
The defender marked his appointment with a visit to team training.

Eric García became the new ambassador for Fundació Barça Genuine, marking the appointment with a surprise visit to the team’s training session. The Barcelona defender joined players in their team circle, participated in rondos and spent time talking with the squad.
Players Pol, Marc and Manel thanked García for supporting the project, describing him as an example they admired. Genuine director Sergi Panadero also attended the gathering, which concluded with a team photograph.
García succeeds Pedri in the ambassador role. Previous ambassadors have included Gerard Piqué, Sergi Roberto and Ronald Araújo, alongside women’s-team players Cata Coll, Alexia Putellas, Aitana Bonmatí and Mapi León, reflecting support for the project across the club.
