ETTU schedules second women-only umpiring webinar
The April session will combine officials’ career experiences with practical advice for the field of play.

The European Table Tennis Union announced its second women-only umpiring webinar for 19 April 2026 at 20:00 CET. The online session was designed to bring experienced officials and emerging umpires together, with registration invited through a form linked from the announcement.
Accomplished women umpires were expected to discuss their international careers, including challenges, significant moments and lessons learned. The session’s purpose was to share practical experience between generations and encourage mentorship among women at different stages of their involvement in officiating.
The programme also included updates from the HMO and advice on presentation and performance in the Field of Play. ETTU described the webinar as open to participants throughout the officiating pathway, combining discussion with guidance relevant to working at table tennis competitions.
