European Aquatics opened applications for a water polo sport assistant based in Belgrade. The post initially covers maternity leave on a fixed-term contract, with possible conversion to a permanent role as the federation expands its operations and support for the sport.
The successful applicant will work with the water polo team on event logistics, accreditation, scheduling, reporting and communication with clubs, national federations and international partners. Duties also cover club competition administration, registrations, transfers and support for referee initiatives.
The role includes development activities through the European Aquatics Academy and Masters water polo events. The federation sought a relevant degree, strong organisational skills, water polo knowledge and fluent English, identifying a specific staffing need within its growing competition and education programme.
