The EHF and German Sport University Cologne opened applications for their 2026–27 European Handball Manager course. The new edition includes a dedicated sporting-director module and will be delivered in English, with applications closing on 30 April.
The part-time programme begins on 1 July with a self-study phase and combines independent study with attendance in Cologne. Five interdisciplinary modules provide theoretical and practical material, with a total of 250 teaching units followed by written and oral examinations.
Admission is capped at twenty students. The EHF Women’s Handball Board will cover seventy per cent of the course fee for up to three female candidates, subject to selection criteria and availability. Successful participants receive the European Handball Manager certificate at the end of the programme.
