The Faroese federation presented its Saman Framá strategy at the annual general meeting in Tórsvøllur’s Trinstovan. The plan set objectives for the next four years, while the meeting reviewed 2025 accounts showing a surplus of more than 1.4 million kroner.
President Christian Andreasen highlighted growing participation in Faroese football and the strong results achieved by both senior national teams during the preceding year. The financial report and president’s account formed part of the federation’s review of its recent development.
Delegates also approved updated statutes changing the structure of the federation’s subcommittees. The association said the revised organisation was intended to provide a modern committee framework supporting its strategic programme, connecting the governance changes with the newly presented four-year plan.
