Christian Høgni Jacobsen selected eighteen players for the Faroe Islands men’s under-17 European qualifying programme in England. The team was scheduled to meet England, Estonia and Israel at St George’s Park, the English federation’s national training centre, during the March window.

The coach said the squad would aim to finish first or second in the group and reach League A for its next qualifying campaign. The programme began against England on 25 March, followed by Estonia on 28 March and Israel on 31 March.

Four selected players were based in Denmark: Jákup Poulsen at Esbjerg, William Hansen at Hvidovre, Nóa Klein Joensen at Randers and Dennis Anghel at Sønderjyske. They joined domestic representatives from clubs including B36, HB, KÍ, NSÍ and Víkingur.
