Ferencváros defeat Ludogorets to reach Europa League last sixteen
A 2–0 home win overturned the first-leg deficit.

Source publication date:
Ferencváros beat Ludogorets 2–0 at home to advance to the Europa League round of sixteen with a 3–2 aggregate victory. The result was the club's first successful springtime European knockout tie since 1975.
The hosts started aggressively and scored twice before halftime to overturn their first-leg deficit. Dávid Gróf made important second-half saves, while Ferencváros created additional chances, including a Joseph effort that struck the crossbar.
A late VAR review raised the possibility of a Ludogorets penalty, but the decision was ultimately ruled out because of offside. Robbie Keane's team then protected their clean sheet through the closing stages, completing a third victory over the Bulgarian side during the season.
