Ferencváros Women take league lead after six-goal victory
The spring restart also brought wins for ETO, Honvéd and Újpest.

Ferencváros Women took the Simple Women's League lead after winning by six goals at Diósgyőr in the competition's first round of 2026. Puskás Akadémia and MTK drew 0–0, allowing FTC-Telekom to move ahead on points.
Alesia Garcia scored twice for Ferencváros, with four teammates adding goals. ETO also won emphatically against Budaörs, scoring seven through six different players. Winter recruit Charlotte Cromack marked her league debut with a goal in that match.
Honvéd defeated St Mihály Szeged by two goals, while Újpest overcame Viktória through Szanda Malesevics's second-half finish. The federation also confirmed that the Szekszárd–Pécsi MFC fixture had been postponed until March 18, completing the update on the spring restart.
