FIDAL activates championship information channel on WhatsApp
Clubs and athletes gained a dedicated route for official technical and logistical updates.

FIDAL activated a dedicated WhatsApp channel for its principal indoor championships in Ancona. The service followed an earlier trial at the previous season’s national senior meeting in Caorle, offering clubs and athletes a direct route to official information.
The channel was intended to publish real-time technical updates, logistical guidance and other notices relevant to participants. It covered the junior and under-23 championships on 7 and 8 February, the under-18 meeting on 14 and 15 February, and the senior championships beginning on 27 February.
The federation made an online subscription link available in its announcement. The communication initiative aimed to improve information flow across the month’s national championship programme and provide consistent support for competing athletes and their clubs.
