FIP Beyond opens registration for first amateur tour events

FIP opened registration for the first events of FIP Beyond, its new international amateur tour. The opening programme listed Mumbai on 6–9 April, Singapore on 27–30 April and Tarija in Bolivia on 30 April–3 May, spanning Asia and South America.

All three opening tournaments were designated B3, offering competitive events without prize money. Each included men’s and women’s categories for ages eighteen to thirty-nine, forty-plus and fifty-plus. Mumbai’s deadline was 1 April, while Singapore and Tarija registration closed on 22 April.

The tour’s structure also included B1 and B2 prize-money levels and further senior age groups. FIP Beyond rankings were to count each player’s best eleven results, providing access to Finals and future continental and world pairs cups planned for 2027 and 2028 respectively.
