The FIVB Board of Administration provisionally recognised the Philippine federation’s 10 August election results and lifted its suspension, subject to continued compliance with an eight-point roadmap. A steering committee would monitor that process.

The board approved a revised boys’ U17 World Championship format after four withdrawals, leaving 20 teams in five pools of four. It also validated the 2027–2028 budgets for presentation to the World Congress for final approval.

Proposed constitutional revisions were to be circulated to national federations before further approval and submission to Congress. The meeting therefore combined implemented competition and membership decisions with proposals still requiring additional governance steps.
