France defeat Colombia in March friendly finale

Colombia lost 3-1 to France at Northwest Stadium in their second friendly of the March international window. The match completed the senior men’s two-game programme against European opponents, with Jaminton Campaz providing Colombia’s consolation goal in the 77th minute.
The coaching staff changed parts of the starting side from the preceding fixture. Álvaro Montero started in goal and Juan David Cabal joined the defensive unit, giving Colombia alternative personnel as the national team continued its international preparation programme.
James Rodríguez captained a lineup that also included Luis Díaz, Luis Suárez, Jhon Arias and Richard Ríos. Davinson Sánchez, Jefferson Lerma, Daniel Muñoz and Johan Mojica were among the defensive starters. Campaz’s late strike established the eventual margin against the French side.
