Dorking Wanderers won a tight home encounter against Hornchurch through Frank Vincent's second-half goal. The fixture had been rearranged because of cup commitments and weather postponements, and brought together two teams competing near the top of the table.

Chances were limited before the interval despite Dorking enjoying much of the possession. Angelo Balanta missed an opening for Hornchurch, while the hosts tested Arthur Nasta without making a breakthrough. Substitute Jason Prior threatened shortly after the restart.

Vincent scored in the 65th minute, following up after Louie Annesley's effort hit the post. Nasta later saved from Dennon Lewis, and Niall McManus shot narrowly over as Dorking sought another goal. The visitors could not find an equaliser.
