The French Table Tennis Federation marked International Women’s Day by highlighting its continued work on women’s participation and governance. A dedicated week on 2–6 March showcased club initiatives, following the federation’s designation of feminisation as a major cause during 2025.
Its project call distributed €100,000 in support across sixty-two clubs. The resulting activities included dedicated women’s sessions in forty-four clubs, training women as coaches or officials in forty, and tournaments for unlicensed women in forty-five. Thirty-two clubs created all-women teams.
The federation also described its Club of 300 Female Leaders, launched with twenty-one women and linked to CNOSF training. At Amicale d’Épernon, targeted sessions and communication helped female licence numbers rise from twenty-three to thirty-five between June and December 2025, while women competing increased from four to nine.
