Gauff recovers from deciding-set deficit to reach Miami semifinals
The American won the final four games against Belinda Bencic.

Coco Gauff defeated Belinda Bencic 6–3, 1–6, 6–3 to reach the Miami Open semifinals for the first time. The two-hour-fifteen-minute quarterfinal turned when Gauff recovered from a deciding-set break and won the last four games to secure victory.
The American won all eight of her opening-set net points and ninety-four percent of first-serve points. Bencic then reduced her errors to dominate the second set before breaking from 40–0 down for a 3–2 lead in the third.
Gauff answered immediately, levelling at 3–3 and using determined defensive play to earn another break. She recovered from 0–30 while serving for the match, closing with a drop shot and putaway. The result set a semifinal against Karolina Muchova.
