Source publication date:
Eileen Gu retained Olympic women’s freeski halfpipe gold in Livigno with 94.75 points, becoming the first woman to win consecutive titles. China’s Li Fanghui took silver on 93 points, while Britain’s Zoe Atkin won bronze with 92.50.
All three medallists improved on their final attempts. Gu had scored 94 on her second run before raising the winning mark again, while Li and Atkin also produced their highest scores in the decisive last round.
