Guéhi joins Manchester City from Crystal Palace

Manchester City completed Marc Guéhi’s transfer from Crystal Palace on a five-and-a-half-year deal. The twenty-five-year-old England international signed through the summer of 2031.
Guéhi arrived after four-and-a-half seasons at Palace, where he had accumulated 188 appearances, eleven goals and eight assists across competitions. City also recorded twenty-six England caps at the point of his arrival.
The defender followed Antoine Semenyo as City’s second signing of the window. Director of football Hugo Viana highlighted his experience and leadership in explaining the recruitment. The January report records the confirmed move without adding an undisclosed transfer fee.
