Ida Marie Hagen won the final women’s Nordic Combined World Cup in Oslo, setting a season record of eleven victories from fourteen events. The Norwegian overtook Ingrid Laate during the five-kilometre race after starting one minute and seven seconds behind, then won comfortably in 13:55 on home snow.

Tara Geraghty-Moats rose from eighth after jumping to second at the finish, edging Minja Korhonen in a photo finish. The American recorded her best result since returning to Nordic combined, while Korhonen’s eighth podium confirmed third place in the overall standings.

Hagen finished on every individual podium during her second overall championship campaign. Laate had led jumping with 132 metres, but Hagen’s own 126-metre effort provided a manageable deficit before her powerful skiing performance.
