Hampton score four in away victory over Bath City
Two late goals completed a 4–0 success at Twerton Park.
Source publication date:
Hampton & Richmond Borough defeated Bath City 4–0 at Twerton Park, taking control after the hosts failed to convert their early opportunities. Kretzschmar headed the visitors in front in the 19th minute from a deflected delivery by Silva.
New Bath loan signing Luke Skinner repeatedly threatened, with goalkeeper Dewhurst making important saves. The home side also missed an opportunity to equalise early in the second half, when an attack involving Donovan Wilson and Moses Alexander-Walker ended without a goal.
Silva then doubled Hampton's advantage after Charlie Binns blocked Fasanmade's initial effort. Fasanmade converted Field's cross in the 88th minute, and Grego-Cox added a neat finish during extended stoppage time to complete the visitors' win.
