Hartlepool formalise roles for Stelling and Marshall

Hartlepool United appointed broadcaster Jeff Stelling as honorary president and boxer Savannah Marshall as official club ambassador. The roles formalised the involvement of two prominent supporters as owner and chairman Landon Smith developed the club's long-term plans.
Stelling and Marshall had met Smith during his January visit after the takeover. Their new responsibilities include supporting matchdays, community initiatives and commercial activity while representing Hartlepool beyond the pitch locally, nationally and internationally.
Smith said their knowledge and commitment could contribute to stronger foundations and connections. Stelling welcomed the chance to represent the club formally again, while Marshall emphasised her connection with the town and desire to help inspire young people through the club.
