Hencl and Arapović become Croatian champions in Vrsar
Nineteen-year-old Ivan Hencl won two titles while Hana Arapović regained her singles crown.

Ivan Hencl and Hana Arapović won Croatia’s national singles championships in Vrsar. Nineteen-year-old Hencl defeated Borna Petek 4–2 in the men’s final, having also won a seven-game quarterfinal against Luka Zlatkov and a 4–2 semifinal against Leon Benko.
Arapović regained the women’s crown by beating Ivana Malobabić 4–0. Her campaign included a remarkable quarterfinal recovery against Ivana Tubikanec: trailing three games to love and 6–1 in the fifth, she saved a match point before turning the contest around.
Hencl and Josip Jerković won men’s doubles, defeating Ivor Ban and Luka Lozušić 3–0. Arapović and Ban retained mixed doubles with another straight-games final victory. Dora Ćosić and Lana Benko won women’s doubles on their first appearance together as a partnership.
