Source publication date:
Eastbourne Borough Women beat Worthing Women 4–1, with sixteen-year-old Hills scoring a hat-trick. The teenager opened the scoring from Kellie Larkin's pass and added another before the interval after Abbie Tucker supplied a ball into the penalty area.
Charlotte Gurr extended Eastbourne's advantage with a free kick early in the second half. The home side continued to create chances in wind and rain, while Worthing goalkeeper Ella Hunkin and the visiting defence worked to limit further damage.
Holly Talbut-Smith pulled a goal back for Worthing after a set piece was not fully cleared. Hills then completed her treble with another lifted finish, following a pass from substitute Sophie Jessop, to end hopes of a comeback.
