Indian Wells confirms full top-ten women’s field
The March tournament’s entry announcement included defending champion Andreeva and several former winners.

Indian Wells announced a women’s entry field containing the entire WTA top ten, led by Aryna Sabalenka. Defending champion Mirra Andreeva was confirmed alongside previous winners Iga Swiatek and Elena Rybakina, with Naomi Osaka and Paula Badosa also among the former champions entered.
The tournament’s 96-player singles draw includes seventy-six direct acceptances, twelve qualifiers and eight wild cards. Thirty-two seeded players receive second-round byes, and the draw was scheduled for release on 2 March.
Main-draw play begins on 4 March, with the singles final on 15 March and the doubles final a day earlier. The singles champion would receive one thousand ranking points and prize money of just over 1.15 million dollars.
