Italy medal in every university rowing final in Canada
Four golds lead Italy’s eleven-medal championship performance.

Italy reached the podium in all 11 finals at the FISU World University Rowing Championship in London, Ontario. The team finished with four gold, two silver and five bronze medals after finals day on 15 August.
Sara Borghi won women’s single sculls, while Italy also took men’s pair, four and eight golds. Great Britain earned seven medals, including Eleanor Dash and Molly Curry’s victory in women’s double sculls.
The Netherlands won women’s pair and eight titles, Germany took women’s four and mixed quadruple sculls gold, and Canada won men’s double sculls. The championship ran from 13–15 August at Fanshawe Conservation Area.
