Josemaría and González reach Miami final after three-set recovery
Coello and Tapia advanced to a nineteenth consecutive Premier Padel final.
Source publication date:
Paula Josemaría and Bea González reached the Miami P1 final by defeating Ari Sánchez and Andrea Ustero 4–6, 6–4, 6–4. The victory set up another championship match against Delfi Brea and Gemma Triay, who beat Claudia Fernandez and Sofia Araujo 6–3, 6–2.
The women’s final would repeat the previous week’s Cancún decider. Brea and Triay were seeking a Gijón–Cancún–Miami sequence like their first three titles in 2025, while Josemaría and González were still pursuing their first Premier Padel trophy together as a partnership.
Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia beat Juan Lebrón and Leo Augsburger 5–7, 6–3, 6–2 to reach a nineteenth consecutive circuit final. Federico Chingotto and Alejandro Galán advanced with a 6–2, 6–2 win over Franco Stupaczuk and Mike Yanguas, setting the thirty-second meeting of the leading men’s rivals.
