Spain and Italy claim inaugural university padel titles
Women’s, men’s and mixed champions were crowned in Málaga.

Laura Luján and Águeda Pérez won the first women’s university padel title, beating fellow Spaniards Ana Domínguez and Ana Cristina Sánchez 6–2, 6–2. The inaugural championship ran from 7–11 July.
Bonnefoy and Brambilla won the all-Italian men’s final against Platania and Iacovino after a three-set comeback. Spain’s Alejandro Jérez and Ferrán González earned men’s bronze with a 6–3, 6–4 win over compatriots Alejandro Prados and Eneko Arija.
Spain also secured mixed gold through Marisol Fernández and Arnau Candelo, who defeated France’s Bahurel and Courrin 6–1, 6–4. The organiser’s report documented all three championship divisions after five days of international competition.
