Linn Kazmaier and guide Florian Baumann secured the women’s vision impaired Para Cross-Country World Cup title at the Jakuszyce finale. Kazmaier finished second in the 10-kilometre classic mass start, preserving a three-point overall margin over race winner Simona Bubenickova.

Bubenickova won all six races she entered during the season, but her absence from the Finsterau mass start proved decisive in the standings. Kazmaier earned her third overall title in four years without winning an individual race during the campaign.

Other final results confirmed Zebastian Modin’s seventh men’s vision impaired globe and Giuseppe Romele’s second men’s sitting title in three years. The completed World Cup season left competitors preparing for March’s Paralympic races in Val di Fiemme.
