Source publication date:
Videoton defeated Ajka at home through Krisztián Kovács's goal during the seventeenth round of the Merkantil Bank Liga. The result delivered three points as the competition held two Saturday fixtures before the remainder of the round on Sunday.
In the opening match, BVSC-Zugló and Csákvár drew 1–1. Dániel Karacs gave the visiting side the lead, but Balázs Farkas replied to ensure the home team retained a point from the contest.
The Saturday programme therefore produced one winner and one shared result. Videoton's successful home outing contrasted with the draw in Zugló, providing completed results before the other second-tier clubs played their scheduled matches in the same league round.
