MacKenzie and Sun seal national firsts at J500 Milan
Jamie MacKenzie completed back-to-back J500 wins while 15-year-old Sun became a two-time champion at the level.

Jamie MacKenzie followed his Offenbach success by winning J500 Milan, defeating Austria’s Thilo Behrmann 6-4, 6-4 in the boys’ final. The result moved the German to a career-high No. 4 in the ITF junior rankings.
China’s Sun won the girls’ singles title with a 6-2, 7-5 victory over Mariia Makarova. At 15, she became the sixth-youngest girl to win two J500 singles titles and rose to No. 2 in the girls’ rankings.
The Milan results were a separate competitive stage from Offenbach and came immediately before the Roland Garros junior championships. The girls’ and boys’ doubles titles went to Anastasija Cvetkovic with Sol Ailin Larraya Guidi, and Luis Guto Miguel with Leonardo Storck Franca.
