Maidstone and Dorking share points after Faal equaliser
Dorking finished a 1–1 draw with ten men following George Knight’s dismissal.
Source publication date:
Dorking Wanderers drew 1–1 away to Maidstone United, taking an early lead through Jason Prior before Muhammadu Faal brought the hosts level. The match was Dorking's first away outing after five consecutive league games at home.
Prior headed in Frank Vincent's cross in the 19th minute. Harrison Foulkes then protected that advantage with important saves before the break, including a stop from Jephte Tanga after Maidstone built an attack down the left.
Faal equalised in the 60th minute after substitute Jamie Yila supplied him. Foulkes denied Tanga again, and Prior cleared TJ Bramble's header off the line. George Knight was dismissed late for a high foot, but Dorking retained their point.
