Kiera Marshall defeated third seed Nicole Bunyan 11–9, 11–8, 17–15 in the Richardson Wealth Women’s Open second round. The forty-five-minute Vancouver match produced the day’s largest seeding upset as only five of the top eight seeds advanced to the quarterfinals.

Seventeen-year-old Helen Tang beat fourth seed Habiba Hani in five games, taking the decider 11–7. Menna Walid removed eighth seed Saskia Beinhard in twenty-four minutes, setting up a quarterfinal against Tang after their separate victories over higher-ranked opponents.

Madeleine Hylland recovered from two games down against Danielle Ray, winning the final three 11–3, 11–4, 11–5. Leading seeds Georgia Adderley and Nardine Garas also progressed, alongside Jana Swaify and Toby Tse, completing the last-eight field at the Copper tournament.
