Mekhalfi wins Manitoba thriller as Challenger tour crowns new winners

Toufik Mekhalfi won the Manitoba Open after defeating compatriot Brice Nicolas in a final lasting nearly one hundred minutes. Nicolas took a thirty-one-minute opening game, but Mekhalfi ultimately won the fifth 11–4 for his fifth PSA title at the Canadian tournament.
Rowan Damming collected his third title of 2026 in Stockholm by beating Emyr Evans 3–1 at the Filip Krüeger Open. Eighteen-year-old Laura Silva won her first title outside Brazil, defeating Rafaela Albuja 3–0 at the Basque Country Challenger for a third career trophy.
Seventeen-year-old Seif Refaay won the Navruz Open in Tashkent, dropping one game all week for his second tour title. Benedek Takacs claimed his first championship at the T-Force Challenger in Philadelphia, defeating Zane Patel in straight games after entering the competition unseeded.
