Nathalie Hagman explains shooting variety and defensive adaptation at Györ
The Swedish wing discussed timing, communication and the training demands of her new club in EHF's player series.

Nathalie Hagman examined the development of her wing play in a March EHF interview during her first season with Györ. The 34-year-old Swedish international described how long hours with a ball in childhood helped build the shooting variety central to her career.
Now in her fourteenth European cup season, Hagman had represented eight clubs across five countries. She said cooperation with back court players depended on timing, communication and understanding their preferred movements and passes.
Her most significant adaptation at Györ involved defence, where the wings had an active role and needed to make more decisions. Hagman also highlighted the consistently high standard of daily training, explaining how the quality across the squad required concentration and effort in every session.
