Navarro and Riera claim third season title at Agrigento

Teresa Navarro and Virginia Riera won FIP Bronze Agrigento for their third CUPRA FIP Tour title of 2026. The top seeds defeated home players Emily Stellato and Giulia Sussarello 7–5, 7–5 in the women’s final, following earlier victories in Bahrain and Dubai.

Riera celebrated winning in Sicily and noted the short interval before the pair’s next competition, with Premier Padel Gijón due on Wednesday. At the time of the report, Riera was ranked thirty-third and Navarro fifty-second, while their Italian final opponents ranked outside the top hundred.

Alfonso Rodriguez and Juani De Pascual won men’s doubles by beating Alvaro Montiel and Flavio Abbate 6–0, 3–6, 7–5. Montiel and Abbate had won the previous week’s FIP Bronze in Agadir, but Rodriguez and De Pascual took the deciding set for the Agrigento championship.
