Karoline Offigstad Knotten and Sturla Holm Laegreid won the Otepää single mixed relay for Norway in 40:39.3. They used eight spare rounds and avoided penalty loops, finishing 1:38.1 ahead of Sweden on a day when strong winds repeatedly disrupted shooting across the field.

Sebastian Samuelsson and Hanna Oeberg took second with three penalties and thirteen spares. Finland’s Tero Seppälä and Suvi Minkkinen finished third, 1:45.7 behind, after one penalty and fifteen additional rounds. Only three partnerships completed the race without visiting the penalty loop.

Sweden led early, but Knotten’s accurate first prone stage changed the race. Norway controlled the remaining exchanges, while Poland finished fifth through Jan Gunka and Anna Mąka to record its best mixed relay result.
