Norway wins Olympic women’s cross-country relay
Sweden recovered to silver after Andersson fell twice and broke a ski binding.

Norway won the Olympic women’s four-by-7.5-kilometre cross-country relay in Tesero, with Heidi Weng completing the final leg. Kristin Austgulen Fosnæs, Astrid Øyre Slind and Karoline Simpson-Larsen also contributed to the winning team, ahead of Sweden and Finland.
Sweden’s Ebba Andersson fell twice on the second leg, breaking a ski binding and losing more than a minute while a replacement was brought to her. The incident left the team eighth and 1:18.4 behind before the third exchange.
Frida Karlsson recovered to fourth, then Jonna Sundling moved Sweden into silver position on the last leg. Jasmi Joensuu finished for Finland to secure bronze, ending a sequence of fourth-place finishes in recent major championships.
