Panathinaikos reached the women’s Challenge Cup semi-finals by defeating Red Star Belgrade 3–1 away in the quarter-final return. The Greek club arrived with a substantial first-leg advantage and secured qualification by taking the first two sets of the match.

Red Star competed closely in the opening set, but Panathinaikos finished stronger to win 25–21. Their experience became more visible in the second, which they took 25–17, settling the aggregate contest before the remaining sets were played.

The Serbian hosts won the third 25–23, but Panathinaikos regained control to complete the four-set victory. Nadja Antonovic led all scorers with twenty-two points, while Micaya White and Monika Lampkowska contributed sixteen and fifteen for the successful visitors.
