Source publication date:
Poole Town beat Basingstoke Town 2–1 after a late winner and a penalty save with the final kick of the game. Shaquille Gwengwe scored in the 90th minute before Adam Parkes denied James Clark to preserve the visitors' victory.
Dan Carr had opened the scoring with his first Poole goal, heading Henry Spalding's cross in the seventh minute. Basingstoke equalised through Joe Grant in the 77th minute after Poole had missed opportunities to extend their advantage.
Carr later had a direct corner goal disallowed, but supplied the cross for Gwengwe's winning tap-in. Basingstoke then received a penalty after a foul by Gwengwe. Parkes's save prevented another equaliser and ensured the three points went to Poole.
