Nerea Pena and Luka Stepancic were announced as the ambassadors for an EHF Respect Your Talent session on mental fatigue and recovery. The online event was scheduled for 8 February at 20:00 Central European Time, with registration through the programme’s app.

Both speakers bring experience from long international careers and leading European clubs. Pena won two Champions League titles with Vipers, while Stepancic played fifteen seasons in the competition and represented Croatia at the Olympic Games and major international medal-winning campaigns.

The session was designed to combine practical experiences with direct questions from participants. It forms part of a wider development offering that includes nutrition, mental health, sports law, media and anti-doping content, alongside camps and activities during the federation’s youth competitions.
