The Player’s Box podcast announced a live episode at the Miami Open on 15 March at 2 p.m. Eastern Time. Madison Keys, Jessica Pegula, Desirae Krawczyk and Jennifer Brady were scheduled to host the programme on the Fountain Plaza stage at Hard Rock Stadium.
Grounds admission would be free for the tournament’s opening day. The wider programme included qualifying matches, practices, music and a conversation between tournament director James Blake and former football player Joe Rose.
The podcast began during the previous US Open and features the players discussing tour life, fan questions and tennis stories. Its announced Miami appearance brings that off-court collaboration directly into the tournament’s public opening-day activities.
