Poor weather reshapes Faroese league programme
Sunday football was cancelled as fixtures were moved.

The Faroese federation cancelled Sunday football because of an adverse weather forecast, rearranging the men’s third-round league programme. EB/Streymur’s home game against KÍ remained scheduled for Friday at Margáir, while the other four fixtures were moved from 22 March.
Three men’s matches were brought forward to Saturday: B36 against B68, 07 Vestur against Skála and NSÍ against AB. Víkingur’s meeting with HB was initially moved to Monday evening, separating the remaining games across the revised weekend programme.
The conditions also affected the opening round of the women’s league. NSÍ against Skála was retained for Friday at Løkin in Runavík, but dates for the other three women’s fixtures remained uncertain when the federation announced the changes.
