Emma Raducanu reached her second tour final by defeating Oleksandra Oliynykova 7–5, 3–6, 6–3 in Cluj-Napoca. The two-hour-and-forty-eight-minute semifinal ended a six-match losing sequence in deciding sets and brought her first final since the 2021 US Open.

Oliynykova won five consecutive games from 3–1 down in the second set, then broke for 2–1 in the third. Raducanu responded with a four-game run and eventually converted her fourth match point after the Ukrainian resisted another attempted finish.

The result set up a final against home player Sorana Cirstea, who defeated Daria Snigur 6–0, 6–3. Raducanu had won their only previous meeting in the third round at Wimbledon in 2021.
