Spennymoor Town beat Chorley 1–0 at the Brewery Field for their first home victory since November. Rob Ramshaw scored the only goal in the fourth minute, converting a rebound after Matt Urwin saved Glen Taylor's header from Cam Salkeld's cross.

Brad James then made several important stops for Spennymoor, including a close-range attempt from Mark Ellis that he pushed onto and over the crossbar. Tom Broadbent also cleared Tom Carr's curled shot off the line before halftime.

The hosts sought another goal after the restart, with Sonny Sharples threatening and Urwin denying Taylor and Junior Mondal late on. Spennymoor protected their clean sheet to record the first victory under Tommy Miller and Matty Dolan.
